Post Office Door Bank

This in one of a batch of Post Office Door Banks that I made for the same Art Market as I made the Cheese Slicer’s for. This is made from Jatoba for the top and bottom, Hard Rock Maple for the sides and Cooked Maple for the splines. The door is a circa 1920’s “Flying Eagle” Door. The last picture is of the Original combination card that came with the doors that I purchased. The size is 4 5/8” wide 5 7/8” tall and 5 3/4” deep. It is finished with a satin lacquer and has felt pads on the bottom.
